The "K.T. Dimaras" Library promotes free and unrestricted access to knowledge and supports that unhindered flow and exchange of scholarly information increases scientific progress and improves its impact on the global researcher’s community and society at large.
Open Access (OA) is defined as free access to scholarly information (published and raw data) without any economical, legal, or technical barrier. European Union, national and international research funders encourage the publication of scholarly articles in open access journals.
