"Helios" Institutional Repository

"Helios" is the Institutional Repository of the National Hellenic Research Foundation (NHRF) which collects, documents and provides Open Access to the multi-disciplinary research output of the NHRF institutes.

The Repository is developed according to the principles of Open Access. In “Helios” you will find publications in international journals, research data, conference announcements and proceedings, monographs, theses, patents, lectures as well as multimedia and educational material. 

The content is organized into collections according to the administrative structure of the NHRFs research Institutes: the Institute of Historical Research (IHR), the Institute of Chemical Biology (ICB) and the Theoretical and Physical Chemistry Institute (T.P.C.I.). In addition, through “Helios” are available the NHRFs Educational lecture series, the «Science in Society», Anniversary Editions and the actions of the National Documentation Center (until 2019). 

"Helios" promotes open access policy and encourages the dissemination and promotion of research and educational activities. Researchers, scientists, educators and anyone interested have the opportunity to browse and use the content according to the respective licenses and terms of use of the documents.
Moreover, "Helios" offers anyone the possibility to register with the repository and benefit from additional services.
